    Can you show up an example or find us a good video on how to properly perform a lymphatic massage and how to drain the lymph and bring the lymph down to the kidneys to be eliminated instead of towards the heart? Thanks!

  4. Since I have been mostly fruit for 2 years I catch myself laying in bed at night thinking about what delicious fruit I am going to eat when I awake😊

    If for some reason I do not get to eat my bowl of fruit at night..I just feel so down!! Fruit had really changed my life for the better..it has really healed my body and so many ways and continues to do so!

  5. I have noticed that the more present I am, the easier it is to stay raw. Staying present is the hard part though, especially with a world of distractions. I understand why Dr. M always talks about it now. And to just not care. I just have to remain in the now! Thank you Dr. Morse! 🙏🧡 I will keep fighting to detoxify myself!

  7. Dr. Morse seemed to be commenting on hair pulling as a response to a physical scalp irritation rather than what I was expecting (Trichotillomania) which my son has and, as far as I understand, is driven by anxiety. Can you please offer solutions to help with severe Anxiety?

  8. Hello,
    I am a 60 year old, feeling like I’m still 34 years old. Apparently, I have diabetes, but stopped my meds three years ago. I have been eating mostly fruit and a litre of water {1/5th being lemon + ginger put through my juicer every morning for over a year}, but the last few months, I have stopped eating so much fruit. Should I continue the lemon and ginger every day….I use a straw to drink it so that the lemon doesn’t breakdown my enamel on my teeth. My throat seemed to be negatively affected by the lemon, so I stopped about a month ago. Yes, you are right about eating fruit all the time and then when you go eat something else, your body is actually rejecting it!

    What I find is that I need my ‘Dr Morse Fix’ and then I feel guilty, knowing how easy it is….Fruits, berries and melons…….I am trying to lose 50 lbs.

    My head throbs alot….that is when my blood pressure is high, 154/94 pulse 85. Just wondering if I should do the lemon & ginger every day, the same amount that I was doing before + fruits berries and melons. This should fix my high blood pressure, diabetes and lose 50 lbs, right? When can I start my exercising with my TOTAL GYM FIT MAX?

    • Hi Bridget,
      Lemons are very astringent so they really pull on your weakness as clean them. The fruits are not the cause of your discomfort more they are showing pre-existing problems in the body. For your weight loss program go a week on just grapes or if too difficult add some salads for lunch. Grapes are high in fructose so they require less insulin to enter cells if you are worried about that raising blood sugar. I personally just my opinion for the time being would leave the lemon and ginger just for the time being and focus more on mono eating. Whatever you choose, Good luck stay blessed.
