If we consume acid-forming foods, our cells release acid waste into our lymph system. Acids are corrosive. They burn and tear down the tissues surrounding them. Bacteria comes in to clean up the mess as do viruses. If we ate ALKALINE forming foods, such as fruits and vegetables, our cells would be healthy and our lymph would flow. Viruses can’t affect us as much when we consume natural, organic whole foods and preferably raw fruits and vegetables. Our society talks all day about cleaning our hands and wearing masks, but what about a clean healthy terrain within the body? So far that’s not even on the table for examination.
Sheylah, that’s exactly it. Something as basic as encouraging diet improvement—during a declared health crisis—we never hear from our health institutions. Same goes with public advisory of even the most basic things like vitamin D or C.
Exceptions, if there are any, are extremely rare.
And that can only be deliberate.
