  1. All nuts are acid forming (some more than others) except almonds and chestnuts which are alkaline forming.

    • Almonds and chesnuts = same poisonous garbage. Full of proteins (acids), full of phytic acids, full of anti nutrients and enzyme inhibitors…

      • What I meant was that if people feel the need to eat nuts ,plain almonds are the least harmful choice because they are alkaline forming. If you sprout almonds, you greatly reduce the phytic acids, Also, almonds have more carbohydrates than protein and more healthy fat than carbohydrates and protein combined.
